Team Leader IT Support North-I
Working as a Team Leader and Monitoring 11 Regions consist of North-I group i.e. Lahore City, Lahore East, Lahore West, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sheikupura, Gujrat, Sargodha.
Assisting 22 subordinates who are working in regions as an outsource staff.
Provide remote troubleshooting on service desk to North-I Group 500+ Branches and Maintain IT Standards.
Assists branches/staff and support engineer IT staff of North-I Group with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, network communication devices, peripheral equipment and software as per approved guidelines.
